ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Based on the Monthly Aging, place direct phone calls and E-mails to customers that are past due
- Works closely with the Billing Department
- Coordinate with the service department to collect past due balances
- Relays to Owners/Controller bad debt issues
- Oversees and assists with the cleanup of unapplied receipts, short paid invoices and charge backs
- Addressing customer issues concerning billing
- Process payments via credit card/ACH
- Provide Administrative support to all personnel
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- High School diploma (or G.E.D.)
- College degree is preferred
- This position requires the incumbent to have at least 2 years of experience in collecting, accounts receivable
- This position requires good written, oral and reading communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required
- This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel
- Applicant must be able to multitask oriented, organized, set priorities and meet deadlines and take pride in one’s work

Delivery Driver – Philadelphia, PA
Termac Corporation, the industry leader in Commercial Kitchen Supplies for over 56 years, is seeking a full time Delivery Driver for our Philadelphia location. No CDL is required but candidate must be able to obtain a DOT card and have at least 1 year of commercial driving experience in a box truck.
Communication with the various departments is crucial to this roles success. A professional appearance and demeanor is the company standard. Accuracy and error-free performance should always be the goal of the Delivery Driver. Daily route completion is expected.
This is, at times, a physically demanding role. The candidate must be able to lift, haul, pull and push up to 100 lbs.
Job Duties:
Review delivery slips, fill-out product list, pull products, load and deliver as necessary
Make deliveries to PA & NJ
Accurately count, sign, date, and return delivery slips
Assist Technical staff with set-up and installation as needed
Load and unload deliveries, assist in maintaining the facility, and perform any other duties as assigned.

Description
Universal Fire Protection is looking to hire a highly-motivated Kitchen Fire Suppression Technician and Extinguisher Technician for our rapidly growing Fire Protection division. Duties to include: inspection, installation, and repair of pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression systems (hoods) from various manufacturers and service and inspect fire extinguishers; This includes leveraging our industry-leading expertise for systems testing and inspections, identification of NFPA code and non-conformance issues, and on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs. Maintain inspection and repair documentation on all work performed. To fuel our continued, organic growth, selling and promoting additional products and services would also play an important part of the role.
Qualifications
– High school diploma/GED required
– 2+ years of fire protection experience required
– Strong communication and customer service skills

Part Time Inside Sales Position – (Remote Position)
Are you a closer? Are you looking for a flexible schedule with base salary plus commission? If this is you, we have a Part Time position in Lehigh Valley that might be right for you! This is an inside sales role making outbound calls to new and existing customers, taking inbound calls from prospects and customers. Customer Service is our number one priority.
This inside sales position is 28 hours per week from 9:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday with a lunch break from 12:00PM – 1:30PM each day.
To be successful you must be experienced in handling customer issues, be organized, professional, well-spoken and have phone sales experience. To be considered candidates will be able to use email, google docs, sheets, maps and perform basic internet searches.
